After the Biden/Zelensky meeting, Putin continued saying publicly that his redline was Ukraine joining NATO.

After Russia invaded Ukraine, Biden went on TV and declared that Ukraine would be joining NATO and that Russia had already lost the war.

I don't give a damn about Putin or Russia. I'm not arguing that Putin was in the right. The purpose of this post is to show that the Biden Administration absolutely knew what they were doing when they were provoking Putin to start this war. So it seems I was wrong. I assumed that since we produce 5 mill barrels of diesel a day, keep the the 3.5 we use, and export 1.5 mill a day for sale the reason we are seeing rise in diesel price isnt because of the 3 mill less barrels of diesel day from the strait. I assumed it was because our government is doing their usual MO with contracts/kickbacks. It is MUCH worse then that.

 As it turns out every country starts off with the same price per gallon (both gas, and diesel), and the "taxes" they add are what determines the price we pay. The cheapest on the list Venezuela at 16 cents a gallon.  This confirms that our government is using the "global crisis" of the strait to fu*k us with the price of diesel. How do people see it as making any sense to begin with? Obviously no deal is needed (with them controlling the price because everyone gets it at the same starting price along with producing 1.5 mill barrels of diesel a day more then we need) but if it was how about Japan?
