The most sweeping electoral victory in modern America came after one man persuaded his party to make a contract with voters promising reforms that the public wanted but politicians refused to make.

I suggest that we make a similar contract but in a non-partisan way by demanding all candidates for the Congress and the Senate in 2026 make all of the following promises:

1) Cut off all military aid to Israel. And remove all US military supplies stored in Israel and its occupied territories.

2)  Cut off all financial aid to Israel.

3) Demand that Israel define its borders.

4) Cut off all diplomatic contact with Israel until they recognize a Palestinian state consisting of Gaza, the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Demand the return of all properties taken unlawfully by international standards since the June 1967 6 day war.

5) Demand that Israel pull all troops out of Palestine, Lebanon and Syria.

6) Demand that Israel sign the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. Demand that Israel allow inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) be given access to the nuclear works at Dimona and all other sites as they might deem to be necessary.

7) Demand that all Israeli whistleblowers be allowed to leave Israel if they have not been lawfully convicted of a crime. That would include Mordecai Vanunu.

8) Demand the immediate release all files on the assassinations of President Kennedy, his brother Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. Demand that the federal government release all files on Jeffrey Epstein. Demand impeachment of any official who does not comply within 3 days.

9) Demand that Israel comply with all arrest warrants from the International Criminal. Court. Demand that the ICC be allowed to investigate organ trafficking, torture and human trafficking in Israel.

10) Demand that Israel honor valid extradition requests for Israeli citizens. Validity of such requests to be determined by a joint committee from the US Departments of  State and Justice.

11) Demand that Israel release all prisoners whose conviction was obtained using torture.

12) Demand that all prisoners in Israel be allowed legal representation and reasonable bail. And that no prisoner can be held without probable cause.

13) Demand that all Israeli citizens have equal rights and protection.

14) Demand that Israel honor requests from foreign nations who seeking the return of their citizens being held in captivity without trial. This would include foreign born women being held as captives in one hundred or more brothels. Any woman released will be substantially compensated by Israel for her kidnap, enslavement and abuse.

15) Demand that AIPAC (American Israel Political Action Committee) register as a foreign lobby.

16) Catherine Austin Fitts and Dr Mark Skidmore have detailed the theft of $50 trillion from US taxpayers. She has said that most of those thefts were laundered through the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.  Demand that the New York Fed be audited.

17) Catherine Austin Fitts also said trillions of dollars in fraudulent mortgages and securities were bought at 100% of their face value by the Federal Reserve Discount Window. This was done to help bankers avoid jail.  We therefore demand that this Fed agency which buys worthless securities be audited.

18) Demand that all gold held at the US Mint, at Fort Knox and West Point be counted and verified to be actual gold.

19) Demand that all laws that apply to the rest of the country also apply to Congress.

20) Demand that the Federal Government scientifically explain how World Trade Center Tower 7 collapsed in 6.5 seconds despite never having being struck by an airplane. Demand relevant critics at that press conference be allowed to ask questions and demand answers in real time. Demand a grand jury with subpoena powers be allowed to investigate 911 and be allowed to indict any persons responsible for crimes committed on 911 or covering up the facts to help others escape prosecution.

21) Demand that federal grand juries with subpoena powers be authorized to investigate federal agencies for conflicts of interest and fraud.

22) Demand that election integrity reform be implemented now so that dead people and illegal aliens are not allowed to vote. And that no citizen be allowed to cast more than one vote in any given election.

23) Demand that the federal government adhere to standard accounting practices. Demand that the federal government no longer be allowed to lie to the public with respect to spending. And demand that federal agencies pass financial audits.

24) Demand that all information held by the federal government on its citizens be safeguarded so no outside contractor using either Artificial Intelligence or other means has access to data from multiple sources  to eliminate private companies from spying on American citizens.

25) Demand the US close  at least 700 overseas military bases.

26) In June 2026, outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released declassified documents confirming US government funding for more than 120 biological laboratories across over 30 countries, many of which handle hazardous pathogens (anthrax, Ebola, SARS, plague, tularemia). Over 40 of these were in Ukraine. Demand that these labs be subjected to investigation by a committee of scientific experts to determine both their legality and safety.

For those to young to remember, Newt Gingrich convinced one party – the  Republicans – to make an 8 point Contract with America in 1994. Historically, the Republicans gained 54 House seats, 8 Senate seats and 10 sate governorships in 1994.

I would ask that we offer this 2026 contract to any candidate of any party willing to accept it. All candidates to be rated as either Acceptable or Not Acceptable without any additional comment or electioneering.

We could do more today with this 2026 contract for America and the world by cancelling World War III and outlawing Genocide. In the past American politicians of both parties had allowed the theft of taxpayer funds by the trillions. And both political parties had enabled Israel to commit a systematic Genocide of Palestinians.

A similar contract could be made between the voters and the politicians of other nations who are supposed to represent them in their parliaments.

Whether successful or not in 2026, we should revise it and do it again in 2028.
