That is why I will be moving to rural East Tennessee. East Tennessee was pro-Union because they owned no slaves. So no Blacks in
the area except for Chattanooga and Knoxville. Knox county is only 8.2% Black. And that end of the state is pretty far from the New 
Madrid fault zone. I want to move to a rural area where they can grow food. Food sold in stores next year will be too expensive for 
most people.

I can't get Pac to move. I told him I'd have any house he wants built.
He always says it would have to be a little bigger than his house he was building when I met him. It's really small.
He also says that it would have to have a garage as big as a Home Depot for all his junk.

He's concerned about letting his friend Chris and his young son alone with all the illegals that are taking over his neighborhood.

I suppose that's a pretty good assessment, seeing as how I told Doc that, but it's not the only reason...
When I built here [late 70s], the neighbor that owned Chris' house was kind of a 'religious' weirdo or something.
Would cut his lawn [~1/2 acre] in a dress shirt and necktie with a push mower.
His wife and three daughters, less than 10 y/o on down were only allowed only wear dresses.
Odd for the late 70s. I don't ever remember talking to him, maybe that's memory loss from the accident.
I was just a punk kid back then.

I don't remember meeting Chris and Angie, the occasion, or what year it was.
Skipping through a bunch of BS I don't remember, after "911 Changed Everything", I took care of his house and yard after he was deployed [Army Reserves] in the states to round up deserters.
His background is LE. He's a shift commander at the Allen County jail, now.

We've been through thick & thin over the years.
I replumbed his house with copper, replacing the galvy iron pipes,
They took my sister in when Mom had a heart attack, etc.
I was there when his kids came home from the hospital.
Fortunately, cell phone cameras weren't a thing and didn't get a picture of me holding his daughter blob [23 now, I think].

Me and Chris were standing outside his his house talking about the garage my mother wanted to build him when his baby boy came home.
I made it 32' wide by 24' deep with 2 8' doors, ~2' feet apart, rather than a 16' door.
16 foot doors don't let you open car doors all the way like in my hovel. There was a structural issue too since the doors were on a load bearing wall. The header would've been too thick.

Well, that project was the best ever since the Rottinghaus basement project.
I had about $40k on the line.
Pam was still alive and helped me and Tim finishing up that program after his wife deciding on a divorce sidetracked that project. They got back together, I was invited to the Christmas/basement party.

I'm not letting Jim get away again. I'll die with him if it comes to that.

I don't have the gloomy outlook you do but after what my ex and children did to me I don't want to be alone again.
I don't want to live like that.

I appreciate you getting Pac on the right track with supplements.
I only know the basics. He thinks the Nattokinase might be keeping me alive.

If you want me to move talk Jim into doing it. I can't get him to drive 15 miles to go to my apartment once in awhile. He's stubborn.

It was a B&B until I got the owner to change his contract, or whatever.
Rainman did that with the duplex next-door to him.
That's where I learned the game. I guess it's a one time fee. Whatever.
