A youth softball game in Sugar Land, Texas, turned violent Saturday, and a father is still in the hospital with a broken jaw, a fractured skull and three brain bleeds, according to his attorney. Police arrested Kiarious Marshun Hall and his wife, Jazmine Hall, after the fight at Imperial Park during a game between two 12-year-old select teams, ABC13 reported.

Charging documents say the dispute began over Hall's behavior while the opposing team was at bat. Hall told officers another man from the Timbergrove Thunder approached him and said he "couldn't cheer before the players pitched the ball." Hall's daughter plays for Illusions Gold 2033.

Investigators say witness video shows what happened next. Court records state Hall struck another father in the face with a metal water bottle, knocking him unconscious, then swung the bottle at a second man before the confrontation turned into a brawl. Hall claimed the men had "elbowed and poked his chest" and that he acted in self-defense, but court documents say the video does not show that.

The second man, grandfather Gary Greaser, told ABC13 he stepped in to disarm Hall after seeing the first man struck. "I said 'You can't do this.' I took him, I wanted to disarm the guy, because he's going to do it to somebody else," Greaser said. Court records say video allegedly shows Jazmine Hall then running into the fight and pushing Greaser, and both falling into nearby bushes before bystanders separated everyone. Greaser needed seven stitches in his chin, suffered extensive scrapes and has a broken hip. "It's medieval times like we're going to smash each other in the head with something," he said.

Kiarious Hall was charged with assault causing bodily injury, and both Halls were booked into the Fort Bend County Jail. Jazmine Hall resigned Monday as an assistant principal at Lamar Junior High School in Lamar CISD. The district said she reported the incident to human resources over the weekend and that it happened outside school, at an event not tied to the district.

Attorney Steve Shellist, who represents the injured father, said he is talking with the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office and wants prosecutors to consider upgrading the charges. The criminal case remains under investigation. Hall declined to comment when ABC13 reached him, and the Illusions Gold coach did not respond to a request for comment from Softball On SI. Both Halls are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

DSA's public messaging emphasizes affordability and government-run grocery stores, but targeting critical corporate supply chains only suggests ambitions that extend well beyond those promises.

So the campaign promises about free groceries and handouts could be just a campaign gimmick, as the true intention is not to address Americans' cost-of-living issues but rather to destroy the capitalist state.

DSA's X account links back to a link on the lefty platform ActionNetwork titled "DSA Arms Embargo Campaign Launch."

"We will sever the supply chain of death in solidarity with Palestine with an organized movement from below, by workers, unions, and communities. Tune in to learn how we got here and how you can build the movement that will win an Arms Embargo," the message reads on the lefty ActionNetwork platform.

DSA lists the corporate targets:

United Airlines is the second most profitable airline group in the world. It has been using their civilian passenger flights to move military cargo for Israel across various domestic hubs, and ultimately to Tel-Aviv. Between June of 2025 and March of 2026, United was identified as having moved nearly 3,000 shipments of military cargo to Israel and Elbit Systems.

Elbit Systems of America, now rebranded as Twenty-Six Defense, LLC, is an Israeli based company that produces weapons and surveillance technology. Elbit is the single largest publicly traded company in Israel and it supplies up to 85% of the Israeli military’s land and air weaponry.

The questions to ask are whether DSA organizers have concrete plans and the capability to disrupt critical supply chains. This kind of rhetoric from an organization like this suggests that restoring affordability isn't the plan; the plan is, in fact, to dismantle the US from within.

It's little surprise that California Gov. Gavin Newsom is so enthusiastic about DSA.

The financial revelations surfaced amid an ongoing legal battle with Pierce's former girlfriend, Princess Santiago, with whom he shares a son born earlier this year. Santiago is asking for about $30,000 a month in child support; Pierce has argued for about $4,145. In September, a court document showed a temporary order for Pierce to pay $8,508 a month in support, $100,000 toward her legal fees and $10,000 for a forensic accountant.
