In this video Pepe Escobar of the Transition Protocol Youtube channel reports on the recent SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) meeting which was held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on August 31 – September 1, 2026. (I have been following Pepe’s work since he was living in Hong Kong and wrote online for Asia Times magazine. I recommended both his work and that magazine to many Asians I met while I was still living in Silicon Valley. Anything I write in quotes will be me speaking, everything else will be from either Pepe or his host who is a wealthy Pakistani living in America.)

Pepe Escobar announced that the SCO goal is to integrate the whole of Eurasia which is what Halford John Mackinder feared. Way back in 1904, he wrote  “The Geographical Pivot of History.”  He said that whoever controls the Heartland Eurasia (or China and Russia) rules the World Island and the world. He centered his theory around land forces.

It was in contrast to Alfred Thayer Mahan (1840–1914) who wrote the Influence of Sea Power upon History, 1660–1783. It was published while he was President of the U.S. Naval War College. These two men set military doctrine until now for all of the Great Powers. They differed but both agreed that Eurasia is the critical theater of world power.

Now we can appreciate the enormity of what just happened at the SCO conference which ended on Monday. The SCO just announced their plan to transform Eurasia into one unified power.

The SCO will establish a Development Bank which will not use US dollars. It has to be separate from the BRICS Development Bank due to US sanctions which apply only to dollar transactions.

The SCO will establish an energy consortium. The SCO members are major producers of petroleum and natural gas. That would include Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. This energy consortium was suggested by Masoud Pezeshkian, President of Iran. Every SCO member will have all the access to the energy they need. That will include Mongolia which currently is an SCO partner and will soon become a full member. Mongolia has oil, natural gas, gold, copper and rare earth elements. All of Mongolia’s major commodity resources have increased in value since the 2025 12 Day War against Iran. Siberia II is a connector of natural gas from Russia through Mongolia to China.

(Contrast this to the West which is running out of diesel, aviation fuel and fertilizer.)

The SCO, especially Russia and China, will work to bring all the ethnic groups in Afghanistan together so that nation can become a full and functioning member of the SCO.

The SCO’s first 3 points at its inception were to fight against terrorism, separatism and religious extremism. This was 3 months before 911. (Al Qaeda means base or rather database. Robin Cook, Tony Blair’s first Foreign Minister, said it was just a list of Arabs willing to work for the CIA, MI-6 and the French intelligence service, DGSE.)

After 911 George W Bush declared a War on Terror which metastasized into the War of Terror. The US used Afghanistan as a base for Dark Ops and as a giant money laundering machine. (The US spent $8 trillion on the War on Terror which was actually just a way to kill Israel’s Gentile neighbors. The US made a drone version of the famous U2 spy plane, the Global Hawk. It had a compartment which could store Afghan Opium which the CIA flew past customs agents to US military bases. From there the opium could be flown around the world. At that time, the US was flooded with so much heroin that the average age of first time heroin users in America was 14 1/2 years-old.)

Starting around 2013, China began their New Silk Road which the BRI (Belt and Road Initiative.) They began with Kazakhstan. This excited the SCO members who wanted to expand trade with China so the SCO expanded from a military alliance to include geopolitics and trade.

At the 2026 SCO summit, Pakistan PM Sharif was treated as a central figure. Pakistan has been running the negotiations between the US and Iran. Pakistan will be the host next year.

Their final point was the Indivisibility of Security. Security for one is security for all. This will connect the SCO with Mecca Defense Alliance which began as the Mecca Pact.  Pakistan is a full member of the SCO. Turkiye is a partner in the SCO. Both are joined in the Mecca Alliance which Pakistan will run for the first 3 years.  Their headquarters are in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Egypt and Bangladesh want to join. Also expressing interest are Libya, Syria, Somalia and even Malaysia.

At the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) meeting from September 3rd, 4th and 5th in Vladivostok, lots of other Asian nations can apply to join the Mecca Alliance and the SCO.  They both already joined BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India , China and South Africa.)

Malaysia is a member of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations). Putin has been courting them for many years. ASEAN consists of 11 member states: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Timor-Leste. Indonesia could join Malaysia in the Mecca Alliance.

Pepe Escobar will be going to South Korea to cover their transition from being an American puppet to being a partner of China. They could become full members of the SCO.

This would be great for them as the SCO doctrine of Indivisibility means that Russia and China will protect them against both the US and North Korea. The SCI is only open to Eurasian countries. BRICS is open to everyone in the world. It includes Egypt, Brazil, Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates. (Pepe has described the UAE as a Money Laundering Machine.)

The EEF is centered around the development of trade in Russia’s Far East and includes its neighbors. China will be buying ice breakers from Russia so they can open a northern sea route together with Russia. It will connect Russia and Asia directly with Europe so bulk shippers can select a shorter sea route over more expensive rail transport.

This is in addition to the BRI which connects China by rail directly to Pakistan and Iran. And the INSTC (International North South Transportation Corridor which connects Russia to Iran, Pakistan and India.

(So much for Trump’s blockade. I previously pointed out that Iran received longer range North Korean Hwasong (Mars, God of War) missiles.) Iran can reduce the fuel and range so they can double the warhead. These new rockets will be able to destroy Diego Garcia and US Navy supply bases in Italy and Greece. Iran already has missiles that can destroy an aircraft carrier but had to restrain themselves due to fear Trump would start dropping nuclear bombs on them. But, if they can cut off all naval supplies and eliminate all air bases, then the US will be gone permanently from the Mideast by the end of 2026.)

In this latest attack by Iran on the US bases in Jordan, the US spent $500 million  shooting interceptors against drones and older Iranian missiles. In a few days none of the 50,000 US military personnel in the Mideast will have any air defense. (Ted Postol said the US $12 million THAAD missile and the $4 million Patriot missile have a 0.0% chance of intercepting Iran’s new Fatah 2 missile. Why? Because its final stage has accelerators. Yemen can make a Mach 15 missile. It gets up to Mach 8 and then goes outside the earth’s atmosphere. When it comes down, the acceleration due to gravity gets it up to Mach 15. But at this point air resistance slows down the incoming missile. That is when the  accelerators on the Fatah 2 kick in and speed it up so that increased Kinetic Energy of the compression at impact will double the explosive potential allowing the missile to dig more deeply into the earth. This is bad news for soldiers and intelligence officers in those underground bunkers. That incoming missile at Mach 15 is approaching the target at 3.17 miles (5.1 kilometers) per second. So before that missile gets within the Patriot missile battery operator’s reaction time of at least one second, those accelerators push the incoming missile sideways out of the trajectory of that $4 million missile. Thus, very soon those 50,000 US personnel will have absolutely zero defenses against incoming missiles.)

(I should explain why the US has inferior missiles to Yemen and Iran. The US Pentagon is currently spending $1.5 trillion through the Pentagon. The Congressional Budget Office says the US spends and additional $622 billion a year on the military through 6 other agencies which would include the CIA, the DIA, the State Department, Veterans Affairs, Social Security and the Department of Energy which covers nuclear weapons. That is for a total of $2.1 trillion a year.)

(Catherine Austin Fitts has said the Powers That Ought Not To Be stole $50 trillion from the US taxpayers. This could be easily traced by auditors as almost all of that money had to be suctioned out through the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Dr Mark Skidmore used federal government websites to prove that $21 trillion had been stolen from just two agencies, the Pentagon and HUD since 1998. )

(Dr Mark Skidmore told a funny story once. So much money had gone missing from the Pentagon that the Treasury Department had called the Department of the Army and said you are missing so much money in your accounts that we are going to send you a Check for $800 billion to cover up the holes. Guess what happened? The generals lost the $800 billion. That money was deposited in their New York Federal Reserve account. This has happened every year since the 1990s under both Republican and Democratic administrations.)

Pepe said the EFF conference this weekend will be a hub of trade deals and geopolitical arrangements.

At this point, the host Zulfiqar Ali took over. He is a wealthy Pakistani living in the US. He has strong ties to the leadership in Pakistan which has been running negotiations between the US and Iran. Pepe Escobar has 30 plus years of contacts all over the world since he started reporting from Asia, Russia. the Mideast and elsewhere. He even knows influential people in Yemen.

Turkiye has been given the job of coordinating the interoperability of weapons’ for the Mecca Alliance members. (Turkiye is the world’s 11th largest supplier of military weapons. They have a Mach 23 missile. They can also get weapons from Russia and Iran. They do a lot of trade with Iran over their common border. China and North Korea will be eager to help with weapons and ammunition.)

(The original Memorandum of Understanding was negotiated by J D Vance. ) Trump signed the MoU in Versailles but violated it. He then called Field Marshal Asim Munir in Pakistan almost daily begging for another exit. Munir went to Iran and negotiated a second agreement.  Trump could not be trusted so both sides were to simultaneously end the blockade and the sanctions while the Strait of Hormuz would open. Instead, on the weekend when the second agreement was to go into effect, Trump attacked Larak Island.  Iran responded by firing drones and missiles at US air bases in Jordan.

Even after the latest round of escalation, Masoud Pezeshkian, President of Iran, offered an exit if the US agreed to implement the MoU.

I see an exit. Trump’s cabinet has to use the 25th amendment to remove him from office. President can lift the sanctions on Iran and Russia. He can tell the troops and the sailors they are coming home.

Tower 7 was never hit by a plane.  Israel used controlled demolitions to take down the Towers. Israel did 911 so they could get American soldiers to die killing Israel’s Gentile neighbors. I had intended to spend the night writing about not just one but a series of  Nassim Taleb Black Swan events. I already had written the first part but this video had to distributed immediately as widely as possible. It will be way less than half the length of this. I will explain why the US military can be repurposed to  serve humanity. And why the world will need America’s logistical superiority. The US taxpayers can save money when their new President closes more than 700 overseas military bases.

I promise to work on those multiple Black Swan events after I get some sleep tonight.

I am not endorsing any candidate in 2028. I just am explaining why Trump’s cabinet will vote to remove Trump from office. As I said for the last few weeks, if the Democrats win they will throw every Republican they can in jail, whether they are guilty or not. That will motivate to remove Trump from office because he is going senile.
