L360aero @fl360aero Alert ! Due to the volcano eruptive activity of Mount Etna, the Crisis Unit has ordered the closure of airspace sector B2. Movements at Catania airport are limited to 5 arrivals per hour and departures will be handled accordingly.
The lava ash cloud, whose height is estimated at 4.5 kilometers, is emitted from the Voragine crater of Etna, where there is intense Strombolian activity with a lava fountain.
