I know a little bit about this shit. I highly recommend both documentaries.
There was a shot, one of the Plowshare shots, I think, that waited to drop its fallout on Allen County, Indiana and the counties west in Ohio.
There was also the zinc cadmium sulfate drop experiments [cadmium is badass, I learned that from MSDSs in my brief welding days] Where Ft. Wayne and SF were the targets. I've seen the maps.
