President Joe Biden will ask for $25 billion in aid for Ukraine, according to multiple reports.

Multiple reports found Biden is expected to unveil a Ukraine aid package request north of $25 billion, which would include $13 billion in military assistance and $12 billion for disaster relief.

This aid request would set up a battle between many Republicans that are increasingly skeptical about providing aid and defense hawks who wish to continue funding Ukraine’s seemingly endless conflict with Russia.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) have already backed the push to have a vote on the supplemental aid package.

This supplemental aid package would also allow for defense hawks to go around the defense budget caps as stipulated by the debt ceiling deal struck between Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Biden.

It's only money.

Recall, after the Soviets were driven from Afghanistan, one of the reasons for that was the military assistance we provided to the Mujahideen with Stinger missiles.

That adventure in Afghanistan caused the collapse of the Soviet Union. They went bankrupt and could not pay off the debt held by the Rothschild bankers. not to mention the new Russia is also in hock to the Rothschilds.

The main reason for the fall of the Soviet Union was their ouster from Afghanistan. The Soviets went broke propping up the Najibullah regime. ;)

Somehow I see Putin smiling at this news because every dollar sent to Ukraine is another dollar that the US can't afford to send. It's driving up the US national debt more and more and more, which accelerates the timetable for the dollar rejection in the world markets.

And our equipment is grossly overpriced such that when Russia destroys our stuff, it's a much greater loss to us than it is for Russia when we destroy their stuff. Sometimes US anti aircraft missiles cost more than the Russian aircraft being targeted. It's simply an unsustainable arrangement.

We are sending stuff beyond their expiration date and paying full price for the delivery to a US base.
