Kennedy Jr. and Connie Sampognaro filed suit, requesting a jury trial, against President Biden and his Administration, for violating the First Amendment’s freedom-of-speech clause, by encouraging private actors to censor public speech and publications in all media, thus indirectly censoring public expressions that contradict the Administration.
