Russians probably pressured him too. Ukrainians need Internet for their war. The Ukrainians are preparing for another offensive in the Kherson (southern) region. After this they will have no armor left and very few foreign mercenaries (Poles, Brits and Al Qaeda.) That means nobody with skills to operate tanks and artillery.
