A very interesting video about money. As for NK, I guess this means there are no lites on during the day too!

No power means no lights. There is on small bright spot where Pyongyang is located. Other than that darkness prevails.

It makes one wonder about their military too. The Norks have quite a large military and have those parades to show off missiles and other military hardware just like the old Soviet Union.

I read about one woman that escaped into China. She came upon a house and the man who lived there gave her food and a warm place to stay. Not sure whatever became of her since when the Chinkernese catch an escapee from North Korea they are generally returned. :-/

Yes, it's a really really bad situation -- and all the Dynamic Duo's fault (UK and US). Amurrica likes to run around saving other countries from themselves, why didn't it nip Bolshevism in the bud while the nipping was good?

OH...... the USSR was our ALLY!

Norks are caught between a rock, a hard place and an abyss.

If they escape to SK they find it shockingly soulless and materialistic -- despite the horrors of NK life, the family unit is stronger there than in the wealthy, ameriKanized SK.

Electric vehicles cannot and will not "transition the world to sustainable energy", and Musk knows that. Every engineer and physicist in the world knows that. The energy to power electric vehicles has to be generated somehow, either in a power generating plant -- where more than half comes from natural gas, coal, or petroleum, and another 20% nuclear -- or by a "renewable" generating means such as wind, hydro, or solar. But these "renewable" sources are only about 7% of the total.

Americans use about 400 million gallons of gasoline a day, and that's a lot of energy. Neither this country's nor any other developed country's electrical power distribution system could handle the additional load that a wide scale switch from petroleum fueled to electric vehicles would require. The energy required to radically expand the infrastructure would be horrendous. And the energy required to produce and operate an electric vehicle (EV) is on average higher than that of an internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle.

The government's pushing to replace ICE vehicles with EVs is designed to limit the mobility of the American people in accordance with Agenda 21 and its successor plans.
