Apparently concerned about corrupt rapist cops which are so prominent and widespread in Texas, particularly among the TX Department of Public Safety TX Troopers, The City of Austin, TX is Googling the phrase "commissioner dps texas lawsuit rape."
The ISP Log screenshots are below. I know this because out of 4,280,000 Google results (in 0.55 seconds) two of my articles are the top two results on this matter, and I see who visits my website. [Although I should note I never disclose individual users, but rather only government entities and large corrupt corporations. The City of Austin TX visits this site regularly.]
