Dr. Kimmy and I met in the late 70s at Roller Dome while roller skating. We drifted apart after 1980 when I got recruited to work for a government agency and was overseas a lot of the time with the Company. She said she looked me up through hospital records to see if I was still around and contacted me. She was living with me since just before Thanksgiving until a week or so ago until she could find a temporary place to live closer to Hospital City until her divorce is final. It's the good doctor's B-Day next week. I went out this morning and got her flowers, it was $195 including snacks and groceries for a couple weeks. I wanted to take her out to a new bar I saw in New Haven a couple weeks ago on my way to the credit union and see if there was any dancing there, but the weather is really crapping out here. I'm home, all cleaned up and wearing a very large UNTIL VALHALLA shirt of Pachound's. He had to explain what Valhalla was to me. I'd never heard of it. He told me it was a country in Europe at first and to look it up. It's hard to tell when he's serious or kidding around. I'm taking control while he cooks our dinner. We're having pizza. If you don't get your ass off the couch soon, my new little roommate is going to get here and want my undivided attention. I don't know what she was up to when she rolled late this morning, but I don't think she was working, she had street clothes on rather than scrubs. Maybe she's dealing with family, divorce bullshit or is out getting laid. Don't care, none of my business. There was a woman in Texas I just wanted to have a dance with. I should've blown off taking care of my dying mother. I ended up in the hospital, Mom died anyway. God, the New Haven/Ft.
