The German city of Ulm has unveiled futuristic insulated sleep pods for the homeless on cold winter nights. Two of these "Ulm nests" were positioned in Ulm, 75 miles west of Munich, earlier this month. During the early evening of December 21, the day of the Winter Solstice, we’ll be treated to what some are calling the Christmas Star. The two largest planets in our solar system, Jupiter and Saturn, will reach their greatest conjunction around 6 PM CST when they will be a mere 1/10 of a degree apart just above the southwest horizon. This is really old... But it brought something to mind, maybe from the 80s. Poster Comment:A paper or an article came to my attention a loooong time ago. the gist of it was a two-handled handgun (which may be classified as an AOW (any other weapon, IDK). The first handle was the normal grip, but held in the "gangster stance" Rt hand facing the ground. The second handle was fastened to the left hand grip panel, but 90 degrees from the normal grip, with an ergonomic grip, kind of like the Hurst shift handle on my old Z-28, about 3 inches from your down-facing rt hand.
