Actually the title isn't entirely true because I've technically been the sheriff for a number of months already, since I received the blessing directly from the royal Christine herself! But I'm going to start acting like one a bit more. I've done this before so I've got the experience. I already expect half of you will disagree with me every time I do something and that's okay. The article that was posted last week with the HTML in the title that screwed up the formatting here inspired me to take action. I've contacted Christine and after seeing that Critter and Artisan, who were both basically deputies of Christine have not posted in over a year, I asked and got Christine's blessing to take over 4um. She gave me the admin access to the site and I fixed the errant article, and I should have the hosting facility login credentials soon as well. Seeing how the site has been pretty much doing fine on autopilot, there won't be much to do. People;s Daily... Chinese authorities on June 20 issued a national standard for the use of English in the public domain, eradicating poor translations that damage the country’s image. The standard, jointly issued by China’s Standardization Administration and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, aims to improve the quality of English translations in 13 public arenas, including transportation, entertainment, medicine and financial services. Look at this short clip where newly sworn-in President Trump turns around and says something to her during Reverand Graham's prayer and at first she is smiling and beaming, but after Trump says whatever he said, immediately her face falls, and extremely sad and crushed,. . VERY weird, odd, and sad stuff. HOPATCONG, N.J. (AP) — A police officer accused of slapping a man who was wearing a bunny costume and was blowing an air horn inside a police station has been charged with assault. Hopatcong police Officer Nicholas Maresca Jr. was charged on Friday with slapping Kevin Hemmerich on Nov. 17. He faces one count of simple assault. The encounter between Maresca and Hemmerich was captured on a video shot by Hemmerich's brother.
