I fast forwarded to 48:30 Mitochondria & melatonin. Melatonin is something I take every day. I did not know its relationship to Mitochondria. The latter is the powerhouse of the human cell.

At 142:00, UV is highest between 10 AM and 2 PM. You can get Infrared before and after 10 to 2 to avoid UV.
