Ben Shapiro Digs Up Ocasio-Cortez Tweet That Exposes Her Hypocrisy – ‘Unacceptable’ By Cillian Zeal

So, in case you were busy last week and weren’t paying attention to the political Twittersphere, challenging someone to a debate is now “catcalling.” Let me back up and explain the full context here. Early in the week, the Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro invited the gaffe-prone, recently appointed face of the new democratic socialists in the Democrat Party to a battle of wits, to which she would presumably be coming unarmed.
“I really just wanted to make a direct appeal to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the future of the Democratic Party, according to Tom Perez, head of the DNC,” Shapiro said in a video.
“Ms. Ocasio-Cortez, I’m excited that you’ve been elevated to that position, and I’d really love to have a conversation with you about the issues.”
Of course, given that Ocasio-Cortez’s long trip down the lane of viral infamy began the first time she was exposed to an interviewer who didn’t view her ascension with uncritical joy, an encounter with Mr. Shapiro would almost certainly be a dumpster fire for Democrats.
So, she declined in the most reasonable way possible: She implied Shapiro was a lecherous misogynist.
