What if they wanted to ensure that whatever was in that penthouse was thoroughly destroyed? It'd be easy enough to place a few charges directly under it (or inside it). However, the fact remains, it wasn't simply that the roof collapsed, the ENTIRE building dropped straight into its own footprint.

Putting aside the Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc nature of your *conclusion*, there was debris from WTC 2 all over the place...I came out of my building at Cortland Street and just kind of picked it up as a reaction. I remember thinking to myself as I surveyed all of the debris, which included airplane items, that these would make a dandy souvenir...then was repulsed by the idea.,..In don't even remember putting the skin down...I do remember picking it up, tho, which I did almost as soon as I came out of the revolving door...

It is also HIGHLY interesting that they were involved with the Murrah Building in OKC, since there is strong evidence that cutting charges were used to maximize the damage, as the ANFO bomb that McVeigh had allegedly detonated didn't have anywhere near the power needed to do the damage that actually occured.

Quite the opposite...she mentioned it to point out that if it was a CT then the Penthouse would not have been the first thing to collapse and she is 100% correct.
It is clear from the video that the Penthouse was the first to go - are we not supposed to notice that and ask why?
Well it's an interesting observation that there were additional explosives at the top floor of the building, but the fact is, the ENTIRE structure dropped at free fall speed, not just the top floor or structure on top of it.
