HCQ is not available over the counter in the US so I have developed my own protocol for prevention. I am constantly being exposed to unhealthy individuals but I never get the flu. But then I avoid all flu shots and vaccines. Daily I take 10 milligrams of zinc in my twice daily fermented multi-vitamin which includes vitamin K-2. I take 60 milligrams of zinc daily for a total of 70 five days a week. Twice a week I take an extra 200 milligrams of zinc.
